Togak is an NPC on which you encounter on 2 quests, Aldorei's Secret Part I, and Aldorei's Secret Part II. You encounter him as a part of the mysterious Sol Society in Aldorei's Secret Part I. Later, in Aldorei's Secret Part II, you learn he is the leader of the Sol Society. You discover the Sol Society is actually the society devoted to good virtues, virtues that rebel greed. Primarily, Togak is in Aldorei's Secret Part II, but you will get some dialogue from him in Aldorei's Secret Part I. There are no specific coordinates or pictures of Togak because you encounter him in many different places.
