Tirt is the son of Czytash, and is waiting on a ship near the small south eastern island of Icy Islands for his dad to return.
He plays a role in the Zhight Island quest and claims that the ship was originally his and stolen by Phief and he only stole it back. Since Phief broke the controls, he cannot sail away unfortunately.
If you talk to him without having the quest started, yet, he says "Yar har fiddle dee dee, waiting for my Dad; he's roaming the sea!". If you talk to him again after you finished the quest he says "Boy, my dad sure is taking his time...".
