Slayer is a pair of level 94 Mythic Boots, requiring Dexterity 75 and Agility 60 to wear. It gives many good buffs all around, most notably the -3rd Spell Cost, +1 Tier Attack Speed and +Main Attack Damage Raw. Due to these buffs, the boots are most commonly used on Fast Hybrid builds, where it is a very useful item. Just because of the -3rd spell cost alone, the item is also utilized in spell builds, mainly zero-Intelligence spell.
The main debuff the boots give is a moderate amount of negative Health Regen. On the contrary, the boots have a bit of Stealing, which can be used with items such as Old Keeper's Ring or The Jingling Jester to activate the Greed Major ID for life sustain.
