Captain Ragon is a captain in the Detlas Army and is the starting NPC of Elemental Exercise. In the quest, he teaches the player and Tasim about the Elements and how they interact with each other. He also teaches them both about Spell Combos when a corrupted siege arrives outside the northern entrance to Detlas. After the siege has ended, he rewards the player and Tasim with some rewards for their troubles.

- Captain Ragon: Ah! You must be one of the new recruits the Admiral told me to look out for! What was it... <playername>, yes?
- Captain Ragon: Here for some training, are you? I'd suggest gaining some strength yourself, first. Come back when you're level 11.
After completing Elemental Exercise
- Captain Ragon: Hm. Come looking for more training, have you? I'm afraid the next training session isn't for some time.
- Captain Ragon: If you'd like some more advice for combat, though, you could always speak to the soldiers down in the training room.
- Captain Ragon: They're honing their skills, and they'll gladly share any tips you ask them.

Trivia
- Prior to the Lootrun Update, Captain Ragon was instead simply known as Ragon, who instead of being a Detlas Army Captain was a researcher of the Elements. He was accompanied by his two assistants, Suri and Stiba.
