This Boss Altar is designed for player that are level 40, and is located along the Twain Lake, close to the WynnExcavation Site B.
Items Required[]
In order to enter, 6 Ghostly Essence must be right clicked on the altar. Ghostly Essence can be acquired by killing mobs around the Haunted Mansion and have discovered all locations in the Nesaak Tundra.
Bosses[]

Both bosses are fought simultaneously and have 2 phases. The Beast is burst ranged, firing a large inaccurate cloud of projectiles, has one spell chain and Knockback Resistance:
- Teleport > Meteor
Once the Beast is killed, the second phase of it will begin as it transforms into the Unfettered. The Unfettered still has the original spell chain of the Beast, it also has a few new spell chains:
- Heavy Teleport > Heavy Teleport > Heavy Teleport
- Meteor > Meteor > Meteor > Meteor > Meteor > Heavy Teleport
- Teleport > Explode > Meteor
- Meteor > Teleport
The Enslaved will act as the Beast's supporter in the fight. It does not have any spell chains but will instead prioritize supporting the Beast as well as occasionally casting Heavy Pull and Heal.
Once the Enslaved is killed, the second phase of it will begin as it transforms into the Unbound. The Unbound now has complete CCI compared to its previous phase which didn't have any whatsoever, as well as it now having its own spell chains:
- Charge > Charge > Charge > Charge > Vanish
- Vanish > Pull

Tips[]
- Kill The Enslaved before The Beast, as it has lower health and has heal.
- Use spells that stun or slow down enemies to prevent The Unfettered from doing so much damage.
- Earth damage is effective against The Beast, while Thunder damage is for the Enslaved.
- The same number of enemies are fought here as the number of souls in the Prison of Souls underneath the House of Twain, suggesting that these four are the souls that were once in the cages.
