The Oni Skeleton is a mob that spawns on Half Moon Island. It is one of the most common mobs in the area, along with the Oni Zombie.
Description
The Oni Skeleton is a level 33 skeleton wearing a purple leather helmet, chestplate, and boots. Its leggings, however, are made out of chainmail. Like most skeletons, the Oni Skeleton is armed with a bow, with which it will attempt to shoot players. Its status as an archer means that it will usually stay a short distance from the player, unlike the Oni Zombie, which relies on melee attacks.
Trivia
- Like other mobs on the island, the skeleton is named for a demon from Japanese folklore called the oni.
