Govid is a quest NPC for From the Bottom. He will give the Golden Phoenix Feather of the 5th Age in exchange for the Claw of Lethirath, the Fire Demon, which can be obtained from Lodog. Being an observer of the dark arts, Govid has no use for his pure Phoenix Feather.
