Future Selchar is a special location that can only be accessed while doing the Craftmas Chaos quest. It is supposedly the alternate future of Selchar, if the player had not destroyed the relic in Past Selchar. In this version of the town, Santa has gone insane and has ravaged the place, building himself a hideout in its heart. Lost Christmas Souls and various others spawn all over the place.
