Dodegar Bandysnoot is supposedly the world's greatest hobbit blacksmith. However, at the end of the quest, his 'Ultimate Weapon' isn't quite as it seems. He is the starting NPC for The Ultimate Weapon.

During the Festival of the Bonfire, Dodegar can be found in the Rusty Recruit alongside his neighbor, Bulbo.
