A Creeper is a passive mob that appears in the Creeper's Hideout. They are notably peaceful creatures, although when threatened they will self-destruct. They are said to be mere myths across Wynn, as very few have seen them. One of the only people in Wynn who has seen one is Garull, who is fascinated with them and has researched their biology, as they are a type of cryptid.
Notably, in the Realm of Light, Creepers can also be found there, although they are much more hostile compared to regular Creepers found in Wynn. Besides namesake and a near-identical look, it is unknown if they are related to the ones found in Wynn.

- In the quest Creeper Infiltration, people in Pigmen's Ravines think Thomas is crazy when he told them that he saw a Creeper, indicating Creepers might have become extinct in Wynn Province.
