Scrolls are consumable items that heal the player's lost health or provide additional effects.
Obtaining[]
The player may craft Scrolls using the Scribing profession by going to a Scribing Station with the appropriate Crafting Materials and Crafting Ingredients.
Usage[]
Like Potions or Food, using a Scroll consumes one charge and activates its effects for a certain duration.
Scrolls have comparable durations to Potions. Unlike Potions, however, Scrolls affect all nearby players. Upon activation, the player using the scroll and players within a 10 block-radius sphere will receive the effects of the scroll. Players must meet the combat level requirement of the scroll to receive its effects.
Scrolls can have a myriad of effects that depend on the ingredients you use when crafting them. For more information, see Scribing Ingredients.
You cannot use a scroll with the same effects twice, as the game will tell you "you already have a Scroll active". If you try to use another scroll that partially shares effects with currently active scrolls, the game will grant you only the new effects from the new scroll. This can be used to bypass negative effects on scrolls by preventing them from being granted. Scrolls can be used alongside potions and food without any restrictions on their effects.
