The Clock Mystery is a hidden mystery that serves as a bonus adventure for anyone who seeks a puzzling challenge. Though the mystery is lengthy and elaborate, it rewards in end with the Clock Set. If you wish to find out how to do this yourself you are encouraged to stop reading here.

Llevigar's Dusty Clock

Location

Llevigar -2141, 78, -4527

Wynncraft Map

The location of Llevigar's Dusty Clock is located in a building west of the Bank, go in the building and continue straight. Go past the stairs and then you will see a green hexagon to your right. Go right, past the entrance to the prison, and you will see a Dusty Clock mob in front of you. Kill the mob to get the clock.

Karoc's Cracked Clock

Location

Karoc Quarry -1601, 54, -4413

Karoc's Cracked Clock is located in a sealed off cave. To get there, go to where Manager Nasea is, and then go to your left until you see some TNT. Right-click it to get a Varied Explosives item, and then go to your left until you see some acacia crates, and then right-click the blockage with the TNT. There will be a corpse that is holding the clock. Right-click the corpse to get the clock.

• ... This miner looks like he's been dead for years. The clock in his hands is cracked, and doesn't appear to be functional.
• And yet... You can hear the clock's continuous ticking throughout the cavern. It's almost mesmerizing...
• You should take it, you might find a use for it somewhere.

To get a new clock, you just simply have to return to the corpse, and right-click on it again.

Olux's Old Clock

Location

Olux -1770, 66, -5515

Wynncraft Map

Olux's Old Clock is purchased through a salesman in Olux. There is a Frustrated Citizen NPC claiming that they have been scammed out of some money that is located near the salesman. Go to the Olux Salesman in his stand and he will say that he will sell it to you for 2 Emerald Blocks.

• Salesman: Trinkets for sale! Come buy yourself some cheap trinkets here!
• Salesman: Ah, a customer! Welcome to my store of wares and trinkets!
• Salesman: Is there anything that sticks out to you? Anything you'd like to purchase?
• Salesman: ... The clock? That old piece of j-
• Salesman: ... Yes of course! Truly, this antique clock is very valuable! I'm sure you could find someone who would buy it for a high price!
• Taking a look at this clock... It's obviously broken. And yet, you can still hear a ticking sound coming from it...
• Salesman: I can sell it to you for [2 Emerald Blocks]. Truly an excellent price for such a... great item.
• Salesman: ... Well, you don't have to decide now, of course! Feel free to come back when you've made your decision!

It has to be the exact item, not 128 Emeralds, or going over the limit.

• Salesman: Welcome back! So, do you have the payment? [2 Emerald Blocks], remember?
• Salesman: ... You do? Wonderful! Well... here you are, then!

• [+1 Olux's Old Clock]
• Salesman: Thank you for your purchase! And, don't forget, we have a no refund policy!
• Salesman: Have a nice day!

Once you have paid him 2 Emerald Blocks, you can get a new clock from him again, but for 32 Emeralds instead of 2 Emerald Blocks.

Gelibord's Rusted Clock

Location

Caritat Mansion -1197, 44, -5245

Gelibord's Rusted Clock is found near the Caritat Mansion. To get there, go to Atisun, then go to the fountain in front of the mansion. To the left of the fountain are some graves. Go to a certain grave and then you can dig up Gelibord's Rusted Clock.

Efilim's Busted Clock

Efilim's Busted Clock is located in a giant Orange tree near Likeru. There will be some mushrooms that you bounce off of to get to the top of the tree, where the clock is located at.

Shiar's Maddening Clock

Location

The Shiar -941, 44, -4517

Shiar's Maddening Clock is obtained through speaking with Bulbo. After going through all of the dialogue, you get the clock. This makes this clock quite easy to get.

• Bulbo: 1... 2... 3... 4... 5...
• Bulbo: That incessant ticking... the time, my very existence... None of it makes any sense, I can't stop obsessing over it!
• Bulbo: The information... The noise... it's too much and too fast, my mind cannot handle it! I'm becoming mad!
• Bulbo: I beg of you... You must take it, human. Do with it what you will, but I cannot stand its presence any longer!
• [+1 Shiar's Maddening Clock]
• Bulbo: ... Thank you, human. Now... if you would, please leave... I can't stand that damned thing's presence.

If you log out or /class out, Bulbo will reappear, claiming that the clock basically duplicated itself, and gives the new Maddening Clock to you.

Aldorei's Defective Clock

Location

Aldorei Valley -539, 150, -4385

Aldorei's Defective Clock is the hardest clock to get out of all of these. First, you must head into the main square of Aldoeri Valley, then head up the Spruce Stairs to get to a school. Go up the elevator to get to the second floor, and then go to the first door on the left. In there, you will find a student of the school, who lost 3 documents.

• Aldorei Student: Oh, what kind of a mess is this? Where even are these things?
• Aldorei Student: Oh, and who are you supposed to be? A human? I didn't know we let your ilk around here, what do you even hope to gain from this place?
• Aldorei Student: ... A clock? What? Yes, sure, I saw one in the archives, now if you'll excuse me...
• Aldorei Student: Actually. You know, I think we could come to an agreement that would be beneficial for the both of us.
• Aldorei Student: You see, Aldorei Town was recently on lockdown, something about a criminal? Either way, it made me late to a meeting with one of my peers!
• Aldorei Student: And if that wasn't bad enough, I've managed to somehow lose three of my documents! I'm sure they're around here somewhere, but I haven't had the time to look.
• Aldorei Student: If you could bring me my [3 Documents], I'll give you this clock I found. Deal? Deal.

The player is then tasked with retrieving them. The first document is located in a room adjacent to where the student is, climb up the ladder and there will be a paper there, which you right-click to get the document. Go back to the first floor, to the main hall again, and then go to the room across the one where the student is. On a table in the room, there will be a document there. The last document is obtained by going outside of the main hall, to the balcony of the school, and there will be a document on a fence of the balcony. Once you have all 3 documents, return to the student, who will then give you Aldorei's Defective Clock.

• Aldorei Student: Oh, there you are! I've been waiting for ages! Now, did you find my [3 Documents]?
• Aldorei Student: You did? Excellent, now hand them over!
• [-3 Documents]
• Aldorei Student: Hm... yes, these are the right ones. You didn't read any of these, by chance?
• Aldorei Student: Oh, it doesn't matter. This is good, I won't be as late to that meeting as I might've been.
• Aldorei Student: Now, what was it you wanted again? Oh, the clock. Right, of course.
• [+1 Aldorei's Defective Clock]
• Aldorei Student: It's a right piece of junk what it is. I'm not sure why we even had it in the archives. Oh well, do with it what you will. It's not my problem anymore.

If you need to get a new Defective Clock, you can just speak to the student again and she will give you a new clock without having to fetch the documents.

Cinfras's Abandoned Clock

Cinfras's Abandoned Clock is found in a Retired Clockmaker's home.

• Retired Clockmaker: Hm? Oh, hello. May I help you? A clock? Hm, no, I haven't been in the business for quite some time. My apologies.
• Retired Clockmaker: Though... I suppose you'd like to take a look at the remains of my work, I can allow that. Let me just find...
• Retired Clockmaker: Ah. My basement key appears to have gone missing. Well, I do remember having it on me this morning, so it can't have gone far.
• Retired Clockmaker: If you'd be so kind as to find my key, you may certainly help yourself to whatever you find in the basement. I believe I took a walk in the southeast block earlier today, that could be a place to start.

To access the room where the clock is located, you need to get a basement key located in the southeast block of Cinfras.

• Retired Clockmaker: Oh, you found the key? Excellent! Well, go ahead, head down the stairs and unlock the door. I'll wait here.

Once you have the Basement Key, return to the Clockmaker's home, and then go to the basement door behind him. Right-click on the door with the key, and then there will be a grandfather clock in the middle of the room. Right-click the grandfather clock to get Cinfras's Abandoned Clock.

If you need another clock from Cinfras, just go to the Retired Clockmaker's Basement.

The Clock Dungeon is located underneath a tower with a giant clock on the top, which can be seen in the image above. It is close to the starting NPC for the quest From the Mountains. In order to gain access to the dungeon, you have to complete a parkour around the clock itself. Said parkour starts at the south side of the tower. When you completed the parkour, press the button where the hands meet on the western clock. This will open a 2x1 door through the dial.

Defeating the Dungeon

To defeat the dungeon the player must fight 8 different bosses, each requiring a specific clock from varying parts of the Gavel Province.

The Tokens to fight Kronos are dropped off of each mob before him. In order to enter Kronos' boss room, simply drop Cinfras's Busted Clock and the 7 other tokens directly onto the pressure plate.

Minimum suggested level

Even though there is no minimum suggested level for 'Clock Mystery'. The highest level mob you will face is level 80.

Tips

Kronos can be killed multiple times by waiting for him to respawn, allowing a player to get more than one Golden Clock without having to get all the broken clocks again.

Trivia

• The final boss, Kronos, is named after the Greek titan of time, Chronos, and his accompaniments, the fates, are named after the Greek primordial gods of destiny. Jupiter boss is named after the Roman god of sky and lightning.
• You can look through the documents the Aldorei Student requested you got by viewing their item lore.
  • Confidential Documents: These papers include seem to be written in some kind of code. You see something called the Sol Embassy mentioned multiple times.
  • Scattered Documents: These papers include a list of exports from the nearby Shiar.
  • Misplaced Documents: These papers include an entry from someone's personal diary.
