Chakram is a powerful Legendary Dagger, with a minimum level of 70. It is focused heavily around speed, giving both walk and attack speed bonuses (paired with its already very fast base attack speed), as well as poison and emerald stealing common to daggers.
It is considered one of the most powerful daggers at its level, however most players favour Bob's Mythic Daggers due to its massive 60 dexterity requirement (almost half of the 140 skill points available to you at level 70).
