Unstable Experiments is a Secret Discovery found in Llevigar. It tells about the magical potenitals of quartz, along with signs hinting towards the quest Rise of the Quartron. The discovery is found on top of the Llevigar civic court building in an exploded house on the west side of the city. There is also a citizen NPC in Llevigar hinting towards the discovery.
