Tinemild is the starter and final quest NPC of the quest The Tower of Amnesia. He is located next to the Tower of Amnesia and asks the player to bring him teleport scrolls of several cities in the Wynn Province. After the player gives him all of the scrolls, they will gain access to the Tower of Amnesia, in which they can buy Skill Reset Scrolls.
