Telvu is the starting NPC in the quest Fate of the Fallen. He tells the player briefly about the story of Nesaak and how it used to be an arable landscape like the Wynn plains. Telvu also mentions that Theorick Twain froze Nesaak, but he is unsure why. To find out, he asks the player to retrieve Theorick's Staff and use it to travel back in time.
