The Skyhigh Pie Recipe is an item obtained from Frank if the player chooses to cook with him in the quest Recipe for Disaster. The recipe has three ingredients, some of which are more difficult to obtain.

The Blue-Ring Grook Egg is located in a cave not too far from Kandon-Beda in the Sky Islands. To get to the island, exit Ahmsord through the west side. Keep following the path until you reach a bridge with torches on the side. From there, go right, and jump down to the island below. Follow the path through a large cave-like passage, and once you exit, turn to your left. The egg will be available in the cave as a dropped item, and you will need to escape with it.

The Sunrise Flour is located in a building nearby a wheat field south of Ahmsord. An NPC named Baker is located inside the building, telling you how to obtain the flour. The Baker will tell you to get High Quality Sunrise Wheat, which is an uncommon drop from the Sunrise Wheat mobs outside. Once you have the high quality wheat, throw it onto the yellow carpet. The Sunrise Flour will appear on the white carpet.

The Skyhigh Raspberry is located on top of a tall stalk right outside Jofash Docks. To get to the stalk, go over to the east side of Jofash. Then, turn right into the water. The stalk should be just ahead. Climb all the way up to get the item.
