Skien's island is a name of a moderately large island located in the middle of the Ocean. The island serves a major role in the Bob's Reincarnation quest, as Mooington is located on the island. Level 49, 51, and 50 Skein's Wanderers spawn on the island, making it a good grinding spots for level 50+ players. 4 loot chest are located on the island.
