Rotten Flesh can be obtained by killing low-level zombies, like those on the Emerald Trail, or can be found in Loot Chests.

Rotten Flesh can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.
12 Rotten Flesh is required to complete a stage of the Grave Digger quest.

- Previous to the 1.18 Economy Update, Rotten Flesh could be sold to Junk Merchants in Wynn for either 2, 1 or 0.5 Emeralds each, depending on the merchant.
- Before the 1.14.1 Gameplay Update Rotten Flesh was used in the Temple of the Legends quest.
