Repair Scrap is an item used to repair the durability of Crafted Items and Gathering Tools.
Obtaining[]
Repair Scrap can primarily be obtained by scrapping items at a Blacksmith.
Weapons, Armour, Accessories and Crafted Items can be scrapped at a Blacksmith, with higher-level items giving more scrap.
Usage[]
Repair Scrap's main purpose is to restore lost durability of Crafted Items and Gathering Tools at a Blacksmith. The amount of scrap required depends on the level of the item and how damaged it is.
Trivia[]
- It is more efficient to repair items at 0 durability than to repair items that have lost very little durability. However, repairing is free for Gathering Tools T3 and below which have lost very little durability, so it is more efficient to repair them when they have lost very little durability.
- Prior to the 1.19 Silent Expanse Update, gathering tools did not have durability and therefore did not require Scrap.
