Piere is the starting NPC of the quest Green Skinned Trouble. He recently had his house burned down by Orcs, and he sent Detective Jackson on the case to find the Orcs that attacked his house and destroy them. When the player arrives, he sends them to go help Detective Jackson stop the Orcs.

Piere is located in front of a burning farm which was raided by the Orcs, using a fire-imbued magical axe.
