Missions, on their first release, could use any mob in the game, meaning that you could get a mission to kill 17 Emerald Guards, for example, which is impossible. However, recently they have been vastly improved, and now use mobs pinpointed to the player's location on the map - for example, a player in the desert might get a mission to kill 21 Deserfish.[[Category:Core Mechanics]]

MISSION bOARD

Mission Board

Missions are tasks you can do that appears occasionally. You can do /dismiss if you are busy or if you don't want to do them.

Types

Kill: You need to kill a specific number of random mobs.

Example: Kill 3 Zombies in 1 minute.

Loot Chest: You need to find a specific number of loot chests.

Example: Find 6 Loot Chests in 7 minutes.

Duel: You need to duel a specific number of players.

Example: Duel 2 Players in 2 minutes.

Mechanic

Time is important to the mission's reward, the sooner you accomplish the mission, the more the reward is going to be. If you wait a while and finish the mission, you might find the reward a bit less than the original amount.

Reminders happen every time a minute has gone by in the mission's box.

Reward

The reward can depend on how much time it gives you to complete the mission, or the amount you have to duel, defeat, or find. And it has 2 types of rewards for finishing the mission: Emeralds or XP. If it is a very easy mission, it can be a small reward. If it is a hard mission, it can be a high reward.

For example:

Duel 3 Players in 4 minutes for 127 Emeralds.

Kill 17 Undeads in 3 minutes for 225 XP.
