The Lower Molten Heights is a massive underground portion of Molten Heights, where Rodoroc and Maex reside. Players should be cautious of the large quantity of fire and lava, if they wish to explore this region. The Dwarves occupy the region, but the original inhabitants were the Doguns, who have now gone nearly extinct, and no longer live in the Lower Molten Heights.
The area's landscape consists of a red and black stone forming the walls of the massive caverns, with lava pools and falls found all around. There is nearly no water to be seen, with the exception of geysers formed of an orange stone. The region is littered with large skeletons, likely remnants of all the Dragons that the Dwarves slayed in the Dwarven-Dogun war.
The region has a sub-region to it, the Freezing Heights, which were frozen by an Ice Drake in the Dwarven-Dogun war.
There are elevators spread throughout the region, leading to the Upper Molten Heights. They are accessible after completing Dwarves and Doguns Part I.

Towns
- Rodoroc - The Dwarven capital made of grey stone, ruled by a king. It was founded after the Dwarves defeated the in a war.
- Maex - A smaller Dwarven town near a lava lake. The Maex mines and and accessory merchant reside here.
Locations
- Courag - The abandoned former Dogun capital, now used as a festival site of the Dwarves.
- Ice Drake Skeleton - The remains of the grand Ice Drake reside in the Freezing Heights. It was used as a weapon in the war against Doguns.
