There is a Retired Scam Merchant near Llevigar Port

Llevigar Port is a small harbor for Llevigar-bound ships to come and deposit their wares. Being located next to the gate to Gavel, it is the pinnacle of imported goods from across the provinces. It is involved in the quest Pirate's Trove, as the starting NPC Damiral can be found on the east side of the harbor. The dock found on the west side is the hub for much larger ships.

Gavel Gate

The Gavel Gate is a large opened gate made of quarts and stone. It is usually the first sight of Gavel players see. It is one of two entrances to the Gavel Province, the other being Jofash Docks on the other end of the Ocean.

Trivia

• The Scam Merchant can be remembered once more by going up the east hill from the east side of the port.
• The Blue Powder IV Relic used to be located here but has been removed as of the 1.17 Dungeons & Discoveries Update.
