Farmer Laloire lives in the Kander Forest. One day a hole appeared near the farm and he went to investigate this. This brought him a problem that he needs help to solve, starting the quest Hollow Sirene.

To find the quiet hidden farm start at Cinfras. Leave the city through the northern gate and turn left. A farm will appear to your right. Follow the path through the fields to the house. Walk past it to the right. Another farm will appear behind to the northwest. This is where Laloire lives. Just enter the first house.
