Happier Lutho is the name of a normal looking version of Lutho seen at the end of Point of No Return. It is where the citizens of Lutho appear to reside when the Light Obelisk "saves" their souls from the darkness of the Silent Expanse. When the player arrives in Lutho, there is only one citizen, Lutho Citizen, remaining who has not moved to Happier Lutho, but at the end of the quest Point of No Return they too decide to leave normal Lutho.

Structures[]
- The light obelisk in the center of town, the same as in normal Lutho but with normal wood at its base.
- The eyeless forest just south of the town, containing normal oak wood trees and grassy ground.
- Many normal houses that the citizens of Happier Lutho live in, with the same locations and shapes as their counterparts in normal Lutho.
- A gate at the north side of town, leading to a dark area with a portal that can take people back to normal Lutho if they want.

- Similar to how the real Lutho has The Place Condensed to its east, so does this town, except it is just some boulders in a pile.
- Some Dernic flora can still be seen in two parts of Happier Lutho, these being the entrance to Happier Lutho and the exit of Happier Lutho.
