- It has been buffed twice due to people soloing it, but received a huge nerf in the 1.12 update.
- All classes are able to defeat the Corrupter of Worlds alone, though some have more than others.
- The idea behind the Corrupter of Worlds came from Lord Iban of the Underground Pass from Runescape.
- Can no longer inflict fire on a hit.
- He uses the Multihit spell as a replacement of his previous ability to hit every ingame tick.
- It is possible to knock the Corrupter of Worlds out of aggro range and then use long ranged spells at it to kill it.
