Chef Hamsey is the NPC who starts the Recipe for Disaster quest. In the aforementioned quest, he knows the player's exploits from their various travels across the land, and tests their ability to cook.
Chef Hamsey can be found in the on-map area of Sky's Kitchen. He can also be found in the back alongside Brie, Kale, and Frank as well as in his own tasting room.
Chef Hamsey can be invited to Snow Storm Detlas for the Festival of the Blizzard starting from 2023.

Chef Hamsey: My time in Wynn was good, however short it might have been. But I remember fondly the Festival of the Blizzard, that winter I was here.
Chef Hamsey: ...I even remember seeing le jeune homme by the tree back then, as well! He was younger, then, surrounded by trois frères...
Chef Hamsey: I wonder where they've gone? Perhaps I will speak to him of it, plus tard.

Trivia[]
His name, as it suggests, is a pun on the famous chef, Gordon Ramsay.
Prior to the 2.0 Spellbound Update, Chef Hamsey was actually The Cook after all this time from Cook Assistant. However, it was changed as having two versions of the same NPC at different points in their life on the map at the same time was strange.
