The Abysso Galoshes are legendary level 60 leather boots, given to the player by Javier after completion of the Beneath the Depths quest on Pirate Island. In the story of the quest, they were supposedly worn by an evil pirate who lived in the village of Sarnfic. Dalben and a group of mages were forced to sink the island to keep them from falling into the wrong hands; but Javier had already found the boots, unwitting of their supposed power. The Abysso Galoshes are needed for the quest Lost Soles, where you must give them to Ferndor, a man at Sodeta Manor who claims that a pirate stole them from him years ago.

- When giving the Abysso Galoshes to Ferndor in the first stage of Lost Soles quest, he returns it to you unidentified.
- They are later taken from your inventory at the end of the quest.
- If you need the Abysso Galoshes for a build, but don't want to give them up in Lost Soles, you can get the Cursed Jackboots from the Armor Merchant in Pirate Cove. They are identical to the Abysso Galoshes, except for the following changes:
- All the Identifications are set to their Base Values instead of being determined by Identifying it.
- The Thunder Defense is 50 and the Water Defense is 80.
- Instead of needing to complete Beneath the Depths, you need to complete Lost Soles to use them.
