The Ice Mini-dungeon was a former mini-dungeon located in the Nesaak Forest, nearby Nesaak, designed for players around level 40.
This dungeon was reworked in the Gameplay Update, and is now the Ice Barrows dungeon.
Overview[]
The Ice Mini-dungeon was the lowest level mini-dungeon, at level 40, added in the 1.13 Wynnter Update. It was located near Nesaak, in the southeast corner of the snowy forest. Like other mini-dungeons, it was smaller than a regular dungeon and gave a smaller reward for completion. The reward was a small amount of XP, emeralds and a Wolf Fang.
Guide[]
Phase 1[]
The first phase, consisting only of battle, is very straightforward: the player must battle through mobs around level 43 in a descending ice cavern.
Phase 2[]
The second phase is a combination of puzzle, battle and parkour; players must find a hidden button to open a door while fighting off mobs, and then complete a parkour course to reach the door.
Phase 3[]
The third phase is a puzzle, where the player must solve a combination to open a hidden door in the floor, giving access to the next phase.
Phase 4[]
The fourth phase is purely battle; the player must fight across several platforms over a frozen underground lake, past mobs around level 45. At the end of the phase is a bridge leading to the boss battle.
Boss Phase[]
In the final phase, the player must fight the Abominable Snowman and its minions in a simple circular arena. He is a Snow Golem that throws Ender Eyes. He spawns 2-3 Corrupted Snow, slow moving Snow Blocks that fire high-damage projectiles. It is recommended to take care of them first.
